Terms and Conditions

1) Subscription Commitment: Seasonal subscriptions require 4 month minimum commitment, after which the subscription can be cancelled at any time. Snowbird Season Ends May 2023.

2) Subscription Cancellation: Subscriptions can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the next billing cycle. Requests for cancellation must be emailed to info@touchbytheangel.com.

3) Early Cancellation (less than 4 months commitment): Early cancelled subscriptions will forfeit the deposit made for the final month of the season during subscription initial set-up.

4) Appointment Cancellation: All scheduled subscription appointments are subject to our general cancellation policy in consideration to the therapist.

5) Unused credits: Unused sessions will rollover into the following month, but will expire at the end of that billing cycle. Scheduling of rollover sessions is considered a reschedule, and is subject to calendar availability. We will try our best to accommodate roll over sessions, but encourage you to use your sessions within the billing cycle, as we cannot guarantee availability. All unused sessions will at the end of the season.
