  • We understand that delays can occur. Our policy allows for a 5-minute grace period, after which your session will begin. Should we be running behind schedule, we will always honor your original session length. If you are delayed, we will do our best to accommodate you, however, if we are unable to extend your session due to subsequent appointments, you will be charged for the full service as scheduled.

  • We understand that circumstances can change. Our 24 hour cancellation policy offers flexibility for changes made within a specific timeframe, but can vary based on your session type and the scheduled time. You will have the opportunity to review and agree to our cancellation policy before your appointment is confirmed.

  • To prepare for your massage, hydrate well throughout the day and consider a light meal no less than an hour or two beforehand. If needed, freshening up before your session. Clear your mind, fully embrace the relaxation ahead, and arrive a few minutes early to park without a rush.
