Simone is a 12 year licensed, New York City trained, Master massage therapist with advanced certifications in post-operative care, manual lymphatic drainage, myofasical release, lymphatic cupping and taping, and 2 weeks of intensive training in Bogota, Colombia, for advanced manual body sculpting techniques.

Complete the intake form thoroughly. We’ll consider your procedures done, doctors orders, past medical history, current state of healing and customize a package with services specific to your individual needs.
Post-Op Treatments

Your initial treatments will focus on helping you heal, reducing pain, inflammation and preventing/slowing the formation of fibrosis.
Maintenance Treatments
Refine
As the acute effects of your surgery subside, treatments will focus on enhancing your shape, breaking down fibrosis, destroying lingering fat cells, and waste/water removal.

What to Expect Before Your Session

All post-op care clients must complete a phone or in-person consultation before the start of your first session. We will collect some basic information about your health history, the procedures you underwent, and your current condition. We will also use this time to explain the post-op care process, and answer any questions you may have. The cost of the consultation is included in your first-time session or package price.

After your first session and consultation, the frequency of your sessions will be determined based on your current healing stage, your doctors orders and the recommendations of your massage therapist. All package treatment sessions will be scheduled in advance.

Healing and scar development is a time sensitive process. Because of this, all packages have an expiration date. This will help to keep you on schedule with your post-op care. Be mindful of your package expiration date before canceling or rescheduling sessions. Unused sessions will expire and will not be refunded.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, and payment plan options vie secure payment links.
All packages require a card-on-file if not already pre-paid online. We can also accept cash payments for existing clients on their succeeding sessions.
