Simone is a 12 year licensed, New York City trained, Master massage therapist with advanced certifications in post-operative care, manual lymphatic drainage, myofasical release, lymphatic cupping and taping, and 2 weeks of intensive training in Bogota, Colombia, for advanced manual body sculpting techniques.

    1 hour 15 minutes @ $155.00

    Inclusive of 15-min in-office consultation and 60-min hands-on time

    Target Condition: Post-Liposuction, Tummy Tuck, Breast Surgery, etc.

    Focus: Essential post-operative care for cosmetic procedures, managing swelling and bruising, reducing fibrosis, and promoting soft tissue healing for the best aesthetic outcome.

  • Orthopedic Massage - Surgical Outcome Optimization Repair

    1 hour 15 minutes @ $155.00

    Inclusive of 15-min in-office consultation and 60-min hands-on time

    Target Conditions: Pre- and post-op hip, knee, shoulder and other orthopedic surgeries (joint replacement, arthroscopy, rotator cuff or ACL/tendon repairs, fracture fixation).

    Focus: Focused pre- and post-operative massage to manage swelling and pain, reduce fibrosis and scar adhesions, improve tissue glide and circulation, restore range of motion, and support safer, faster functional recovery.

  • Non-Cosmetic Surgical Scar & Movement Repair

    1 hour 15 minutes @ $155.00

    Inclusive of 15-min in-office consultation and 60-min hands-on time

    Target Condition: Post-Mastectomy, Lumpectomy, Breast Reconstruction, C-Section, abdominal or torso surgical scarring.

    Focus: Specialized scar integration techniques, improving range of motion in affected joints (shoulder/hip), and addressing chronic tightness associated with non-aesthetic, life-altering surgeries.

  • Orthopedic Massage - Non-Surgical Scar & Movement Repair

    1 hour 15 minutes @ $155.00

    Inclusive of 15-min in-office consultation and 60-min hands-on time

    Target Condition: Scar-related restrictions, pre/post-op joint discomfort (hip, knee, shoulder), postural/ergonomic imbalances, and acute or chronic tendon/ligament soft-tissue injuries.

    Focus: Non-surgical scar management and connective-tissue remodeling with corrective bodywork and movement/ergonomic re-education to reduce pain, minimize adhesions, restore range of motion, and improve functional alignment.

  • Headache & Jaw Tension Reset

    1 hour 15 minutes @ $155.00

    Inclusive of 15-min in-office consultation and 60-min hands-on time

    Target Condition: TMJ Dysfunction, Jaw Pain, Chronic Headaches

    Focus: Therapeutic release of deep tension in the masticatory muscles (jaw, face, head, and neck) to decrease discomfort and restore cranial balance.

  • Spinal Decompression & Sciatic Relief

    Inclusive of 15-min in-office consultation and 60-min hands-on time

    Target Condition: Chronic lower back tension, restricted movement, general spinal discomfort, and sciatic nerve pain/Piriformis Syndrome.

    Focus: Combines deep paraspinal muscle work with targeted hip and gluteal release to release pressure, promote fluid movement, and decompress nerve pathways.

    1 hour 15 minutes @ $155.00

    Inclusive of 15-min consultation and 60-min hands-on time

    Target Condition: Side effects from chemotherapy/radiation, post-treatment fatigue, scar tissue from ports/biopsies, general comfort.

    Focus: Gentle, specialized bodywork focused on soothing side effects, addressing fatigue, improving comfort during/after treatment, and managing delicate post-operative or radiation-affected tissue.

What to Expect Before Your Session

  • All post-op care clients must complete a phone or in-person consultation before the start of your first session. We will collect some basic information about your health history, the procedures you underwent, and your current condition. We will also use this time to explain the post-op care process, and answer any questions you may have. The cost of the consultation is included in your first-time session or package price.

  • After your first session and consultation, the frequency of your sessions will be determined based on your current healing stage, your doctors orders and the recommendations of your massage therapist. All package treatment sessions will be scheduled in advance.

  • Healing and scar development is a time sensitive process. Because of this, all packages have an expiration date. This will help to keep you on schedule with your post-op care. Be mindful of your package expiration date before canceling or rescheduling sessions. Unused sessions will expire and will not be refunded.

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards, Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, and payment plan options via secure payment links.

    All packages require a card-on-file if not already pre-paid online. We can also accept cash payments for existing clients on their succeeding sessions.

  • Cosmetic Surgery is a major, potentially life changing procedure. Above all, we hope that you achieve the physical results, and the emotional satisfaction you deserve. It's important that you thoroughly research your procedure. Be sure the medical professionals you choose to work with are licensed and insured. Seriously consider the financial and time investment that goes into both the procedure and the healing process. Do not cut corners on care Angels.
